Reiko Renee Tate, CMP, CGMP

An event planner, artist, and creativity enthusiast, Reiko works with corporations, associations, startups and non-profits to create memorable and inspiring creative experiences. Her professional experience includes working as a professional visual artist, corporate events management, and marketing communications.
 
Her professional background includes fine art, stationery design, marketing and event design. After graduating college, Reiko worked in management consulting and marketing in San Francisco, Atlanta and Washington, DC. In 2001 she started ReikoRenee Creations, creating hand-crafted jewelry and original artwork and selling her creations at arts festivals throughout the southeast. She launched Fun+Art+Wine in 2010, sharing her passion for art and wine and working with participants to explore their imaginations in fun interactive painting sessions. After a number of years with Fun+Art+Wine, Reiko worked exclusively as an events manager, planning corporate events.

With 10+ years as a professional artist, Reiko’s artwork includes brightly colored abstract expressionist paintings and mixed media works. She is a graduate of Spelman College where she studied economics, painting, and art history. Her post-college art studies include commercial art, ceramics and paper arts.
